Data processing and purpose of processing

On the one hand, personal data are collected and processed through the entries that visitors submit when visiting or utilising a website service. For example, a visitor may request course materials for one of our online courses by entering their e-mail address. Other data are automatically collected by our IT systems when the website is visited. These are mainly technical data (e.g. web browser, operating system or time the site is opened). These data are automatically collected when you access our website. Some of these data are collected to ensure that the website may be offered without any problems. Other data are used to analyse the user behaviour.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, third parties cannot read the data you transmit to us.

The website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, that your browser then automatically transmits to us. These include:

  • browser type and version
  • operating system used
  • referrer URL
  • host name of the accessing computer
  • time of the server request
  • IP-address

These data are never connected to other data sources.

The basis for this data processing lies in article 6 para 1 lit f GDPR, which authorises the processing of data in order to fulfil a contract or pre-contractual measures.

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not share these data without your consent. The processing of the data submitted in the contact form is exclusively done on the basis of your consent (article 6 para 1 lit a GDPR). You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email sent to us suffices. The legality of the data processing carried out up to revocation shall remain unaffected by the revocation. The data entered by you in the contact form remain with us until you request us to delete these, revoke your consent for storage or the purpose for which the data was stored ceases to apply (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Rights of data subjects, deletion and blocking of personal data

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to obtain information free of charge at any time about the personal data that is stored about you, their origin, recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correct, block or delete this data. Should you have questions pertaining to this or other matters relating to personal data, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time by using the contact address provided in the imprint. A data protection-related consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation. There is a right to receive the personal data provided by the data subject in a structured, common and machine-readable format and to have these transmitted to other persons responsible. In addition, and without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, a complaint may be lodged with a supervisory authority of a Member State in cases of doubt as to the lawfulness of the processing of personal data that relate to them.

We use cookies on our website. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifying feature of the cookie. A certain web browser can be recognised and identified by means of the unambiguous cookie ID.
DBy using cookies, Ingpuls GmbH can provide you with more user-friendly services, which would not be possible without storing cookies.
