2. Purpose and legal basis of the processing
We log your name and the date of your visit in order to be able to trace any breaches of confidentiality and to protect our trade secrets. Furthermore, in the event of a fire, the data can be used by the fire department on the same day to check attendance.
The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfillment of contract or pre-contractual measures), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligation, fire protection).
3. Forwarding of data (recipients)
Your data will be processed and made available to the necessary parties within the responsible bodies. Your data may be passed on to lawyers or law enforcement authorities if this is necessary to enforce our legal claims.
