As in previous years, Ingpuls and its employees decided to forego Christmas cards and gifts to customers, friends and business partners and instead support heart projects in the region. The employees had the opportunity to vote for their heart projects and chose two organizations.
Two heart projects
The goal of the Ingpuls Heart Projects is to give joy and hope with the donations and to support regional projects in their excellent and important work. In 2022, Ingpuls Herzensprojekt chose not one but two projects: Kinderhospizdienst Ruhrgebiet e.V. and The Bridge, a young organization from Bochum.
Kinderhospizdienst Ruhrgebiet e.V. – Support for terminally ill children
The Kinderhospizdienst Ruhrgebiet e.V. supports terminally ill children and young people in the Ruhr region and their families. In 2020 and 2021, the employees of Ingpuls already decided to include the Kinderhospizdienst Ruhrgebiet e.V. in the series of heart projects and to support the association with a donation.
The Kinderhospizdienst Ruhrgebiet e.V. coordinates the voluntary support of seriously and terminally ill children and adolescents in the Ruhr region and their families in their final hours and beyond.
The Bridge – a supply bridge to the Ukraine
The Bridge is a Bochum-based organization that built a supply bridge for people in Ukraine in 2022 as a result of the Russian war of aggression on the Ukraine. With donations in kind and money Ingpuls participated in another transport of relief goods, clothes and food to the Ukraine, which was carried out after Christmas.
The Bridge organization in Bochum was founded by people for people and is therefore a true project of the heart. From a spontaneous idea, an aid organization has grown, which has led to numerous aid initiatives to continue to support the people in Ukraine.
Presentation of Donations before the Christmas holidays
We are very pleased that employees and management responded to the internal call for donations with such enthusiasm that we were able to support both projects. Felix Manhart (Marketing & Communication Ingpuls) presented the donations in kind and money to Nils Wulf from The Bridge and Birgit Schyboll from the Kinderhospizdienst Ruhrgebiet e.V. shortly before Christmas.
